Baking has been my passion ever since I was a young girl living in a small town on Long Island, New York. After completing high school,  I followed my heart by attending baking school where I learned how to make chocolate desserts, cakes of all sorts, and various types of breads and pastries. Consequently, upon graduating from baking school, I decided to turn my love for baking into reality--and that's how Lucky Cakes came to be.
